Enjoyable Design Inc. is a client-centered digital marketing agency providing all-inclusive solutions to fulfill your digital needs⁵. Our expertise covers web design, web development, SEO, social media marketing, graphic design, mobile app development, and complete marketing strategies to bring your digital vision to life⁵. We offer the following subscription plans⁵:

Standart: $150/week. Offering a professional website and comprehensive filling services⁵.
Pro: $250/week. Includes the Standard plan with additional services like SEO Core and website maintenance⁵.
Ultra: $750/week. Includes everything in the Pro plan plus advanced marketing strategies, free board system integration, and modern frameworks for scalability⁵.
Max: $800/week. This all-inclusive plan features mobile app development, graphic design, a professional brandbook, and more⁵.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or a part of our services with or without notice⁴.

By using the Website, you agree not to⁶:

• Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations⁶.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others⁶.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or any items of a destructive nature⁶.

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable⁶. Weekly fees for our subscription plans are as follows: Standard - $150, Pro - $250, Ultra - $750, Max - $800⁵. Payments will be billed on a weekly basis¹⁰. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order¹. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment⁶. We may change prices at any time⁶.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details regarding refunds⁶. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions⁹.

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK⁶.
